Domestic Shipping

  • All orders of $50 or more receive free shipping within the Continental United States.
  • All orders less than $50 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7 within the Continental United States.
  • All U.S. territories are subject to regular FedEx shipping fees.
  • FedEx 2 day shipping and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping are available for all order in the United States.
  • We offer only standard shipping for all PO Boxes in United States, No Expedited Shipping.
  • Please note that we generally process and ship all orders between 1 - 3 business days. There may be shipping delays during peak holiday season and high volume promotional periods that may require extended processing time to as much as 3 - 5 business days.
  • We do not ship on Weekends

International Shipping

Please note: we are unable to ship Supplements and GAT Gear Internationally at this time. For international deliveries, please consider your local supplements store or Amazon. Thank you for choosing GAT Sport!

Return Policy

The customer must return the item purchased to the store where purchased pursuant to the terms of the retailers return policies. GAT will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from GAT (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Apparel: To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
  • Accessories: To be considered for reimbursement, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.
  • Dietary Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, you may return any item purchased from GAT for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items.
  • Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

All items must be received by GAT within 30 days of purchase. In all cases, refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. The original packing slip is required for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services.

All sales are FINAL on any promotional items or trial kits sold on TeamGAT.com. Please make sure that you have read the Return Policy in detail before making any purchases on TeamGAT.com.

How to Return an Item

Contact GAT customer service to receive an authorized return number (email info@teamgat.com or call 888-811-4286 and press 5).

  • Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received.
  • Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
  • Write “RETURN” on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned.
  • Address the box to:

  • Ship using the carrier of your choice.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TARIFFS AND TAXES.
